You have GRADUATED from Coach Training and now will be running your VERY OWN!
Remember to EVERYDAY, show up in your training. LISTEN to the goals of your Coaches and help them achieve them. Encourage and motivate them, but also know that you cannot do it FOR THEM.
ENGAGE with them, offer prizes, treat this JUST like a Challenge Group, but you're ensuring your Coaches have success!
YOUR TO DO:
USE the template given. You can tweak and modify as need be. Incorporate in YOUR story and things that helped you. You can even offer TIPS that helped YOU get your PD time in, ease process of inviting, helped you achieve success club, ETC.
Make your OWN Welcome Video to your training. This doesn't have to be long, but again, share your expectations, your excitement FOR THEM, share success stories of others Coaches as well as your own, and how training helped YOU learn the basics. Share with them how this training will CEMENT their success, and make their dreams a reality. Share that you expect daily participation!
CELEBRATE your teams successes and be sure to shout them out on the team page!
