What do I do when I sign a Coach?
HERE is the New Coach Curriculum. This is a duplicatable SYSTEM that you can use, and you teach YOUR team to use it when THEY sign a Coach! Save it to your computer!

Start your OWN Team Page where you can communicate with your team, start your own team culture and begin your own incentives with your team, too!
Schedule a TEAM CALL. This does NOT have to be on a weekly basis to begin with, but for them to see you as a Leader, you have to act like one. Even if you only have one coach on your call, this WILL build. We all start at ground ZERO. This will be good practice for when your team is bigger, too! Lead by example for your team!
Pick a team name, or at least start THINKING of one. You don't have to think of one right away or spend tons of time on it, but keep it in your mind!
Get your Coaches in YOUR Challenge Group so they can apprentice in it and LEARN from their Leader!
Teach Your Coaches
Show your team how to do the 3 Vital Behaviours, then teach them to duplicate the process among THEIR team, so they can be just as successful!

Expand Your Network
Invest in Personal Growth
ROCK your Challenge Groups; follow through on what you promised your Coaches and ENSURE they get results and ultimately become Coaches
Post POSITIVELY on your Facebook or Social Media platform, sharing your JOURNEY
Teach YOUR team to do these SAME five things!
